Finding the right piece of land can be a daunting task, we will make it easier for you by surveying the land available so you only need to view the sites that are suitable for your needs. Once the right plot of land is found we then assist with the various procedures of land purchase and obtain the relevant building permissions from the local Municipality. Once authorisation has been obtained we can commence with the construction of your stone villa.
