EMAS Cryogenic

Since 1991, we have been manufacturing equipments related to heating, cooling systems and heat exchanger sectors. By the year 2004, EMAS Basincli Kaplar Isi Agir Makina San.Tic.Ltd.Sti. entered into energy sector and the factory was moved to new address in 2000 m2 covered production area settled at Marmara Geri Donusumculer Sanayi Sitesi KOCAELI TURKEY.

The main production types are cryogenic transportation and storage tanks (liquid natural gas LNG, liquid nitrogen LIN, liquid oxygen LOX, and liquid argon LAR) as well as transport and storage of pressure vessels (liquid carbon dioxides LCO2, liquid patrol gas LPG storage and transportation tanks, liquid ammonia LNH3) together with every kind of pressurized gas tanks, small size of pressurized or cryogenic storage and transportation tanks and evaporators. Despite manufacturing general tank products, there are also production of steam boilers, oil boilers, fuel storage and transportation tanks and heat exchangers. EMAS has developed automation systems to handle complicated process designs and necessary maintenance which the development goes further.

All of products that are produced during the manufacturing process have a quality certification. The design standards are according to AD Merkblatt Code 2000, EN 13458, EN 13530, ADR 2009 and ASME where the production process is controlled by the audit of the third part inspection companies such as Turk Loydu, Germanischer Lloyd, Dekra, Bureau Veritas and RINA. It is formed a technical file during the manufacturing processes which consist the third part certification of one of these control institutions and are offered to the customers as well. It is also possible to design products in non-standard capacities and concerning different standards according to the requests of customers.

Providing the service, all of our production quality certifications have been completed. Since October 2006, EMAS has the quality system certification ISO 9001:2000 and by 2010 accredited the ISO 9001:2008; as well as the CE and Pi marking since January 2007. Additionally, the company has also an accreditation of Turk Loydu Rules and Manufacturing Processes.
