PT Uniflex Pratama Fastener was found in year 2003 which was mainly serve for its parent company. Today, the company has joint venture with Singapore company (ISO 9001 certified) and currently owned 2 Fastener factories with around 100 machines includes, Cold Forming, Bench Lathe, AutoLathe, CNC, Boring machines, tapping machines etc.

We serve domestic and export market. Sizes from M1. 5-M12 with 1 dies 1 blow and 2 dies 3 blow. As we are a custom made (OEM) fastener manufacturer, we serve different industries: Automotive, Electronic, Furniture, House Electrical Appliance, Computer, Sanitary, turning parts, construction & Decking, etc.

Material are mainly from Japan, Kobe Steel. Materials range from Low carbon steel, High carbon steel, Brass and stainless steel with current production around 500 tons per week.

As our compnay is in free tax zone, we also import our material from Taiwan and Japan. Material are always on stock to avoid any delays. When the goods had been processed, we will ship our goods back to the country origin so that we can get 10% tax return. If we ship from China, we will get extra 5% tax return. Therefore, should any customer request our goods to ship base on FOB Taiwan or FOB China, we are able to do so.

Our biggest markets includes Japan, Germany, South America, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Indonesia, Turkey and Malaysia.

Our products are compliance with ROHS Cr3 + with Salt Spray Test up to 93hrs-400 hours. Ppap documents are available upon request.
