Devkorp automotives pvt. Ltd. Has been established in 1997 to manufacture & supply precision machined components & parts using CNC Machines like CNC milling machines, CNC turning. The unit is located in the panki industrial area at Kanpur India. It undertakes various challenging precision machining works; both for mass production as well as prototype development. Our aim is to grow into a vertically integrated light engineering company to meet complete requirements of our customers in our area of expertise. This can be achieved by adding new facilities related to our current line of production & by entering into long-term marketing & service tie-UPS globally for new products & technologies. For that we have recently ventured into metal treatment facilities & computer aided designing & machining to provide a designing base for our facilities.
Devkorp offers engineering skills to Indian & global companies through its state-of-the-art design facilities, ensuring quality, competitive cost & timely delivery. The engineering services include computer-aided design (CAD) computer-aided engineering (CAE) tooling, testing, homologation & system engineering for faster product development cycles in the manufacture of a wide range of component modules.
Devkorp team of process engineers & business managers having sound technical & educational background with experience in the lines of process designing, new product developments, prove outs, quality assurance, value chain management, logistics, legal documentation etc, enables us to manufacture & supply critical components & sub assemblies to our customers satisfaction.
At Devkorp we develop components, spare parts, sub-assemblies & assemblies right from the designing phase to commercial production. We supply parts & assemblies which involve component manufacturing from nylon bars, steel bars, aluminum bars, cast iron castings, pressure die casting, sand casting, plastic molding, steel forgings etc. Component machining using various high tech CNC machines to India leading two & four wheeler manufacturers, textile machine manufacturers, Indian defense & dies & moulds industry.
Devkorp is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified unit for manufacturing components & sub-assemblies by tuv. We are also registered with director general quality assurance establishment (dgqae) for ammunition & weapons parts & accessories supply to Indian defense. Class one suppliers / vendors to four ordnance factories, iit, & hal for manufacture & supply of mechanical parts & engineering stores.
