Full fledged computerized design office with CAD Stations, Scanners, Plotters etc. for carrying out detail designing work.
Heavy Machine Building Shops equipped with more than 450 conventional and CNC Machine Tools with machining capacity upto 50 tons, single piece, Heavy Material Handling, Structural and Technological Fabrication, Heat Treatment & Stress Relieving, Testing (Chemical & Physical Labs, Spectrometer, NDT Die Penetrant, Ultrasonic Magnetic Particle, Radiography etc) and other industry related facilities.
ISO 9002 accredited Cast Steel Alloy Steel, Grey Iron and SG Iron Foundry with an annual capacity of 18000 tons per annum producing castings weighing from 20 KG to 16 ton single piece in finish machined and upto 22 ton in cast condition. We have an annual capacity of 28000 tons per annum in Iron Castings weighing from 50 KG to 32 ton single piece in as cast or in finish machined condition.
