October Development is the lead company of a consortium of businesses that focus on several different products that we market, sell, supply, install, and service. Each of our comapies is focused in it's specialy market and some of our divisions are establihed as much as 25 years. We do a combined business in excess of 10 million dollars per year.



In this program we are looking to expand our product line and market breadth.



1. Industrial electrical market including wire, breakers, circuit boxes, switch gear, lighting as well security systems and devices. We buy for and sell to this market.



2. Construction/Coal mining equipment, both surface and underground, supplies parts wire rope, safety products and maintaining electronic devices, general industrial supplies.

We buy for and sell into this market.



3. Industrial/construction equipment as well forklifts, wheel loaders, crawler/tractors/excavators and the breader range of equipment. We source/sell this equipment.



4. Vehicles, service trucks(panel vans, boom/lift trucks, pick-ups).

We source/sell this equipment.



5. Vehicles, Automobiles, Sport Utility, Trucks. We source/sell this items
