At the beginning of the new millennium Podravka defined its new strategy, carried out acquisitions of food companies both in Croatia(Ital - ice d. O. O. A producer of quality ice cream and sweets and a frozen foods distributor) and abroad Lagris and formed a strategic alliance with Nestle, the world's leading food company. Podravka plans for 10% average annual growth in the future, to be achieved through increased sales, acquisitions and strategic alliances with other companies.
